It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John R. Bunch Jr. of Plaquemine, Louisiana, who passed away on August 3, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard "Pete" Bunch and Florence "Flo" Chauvin Bunch; and his sister Alice Faye Bunch. He is survived by : his wife Patricia Hernandez Bunch; his children, Janet Bunch Boudreaux (Jerry) and Richard A. Bunch; his granddaughter Kaitlyn Lambert (Zack Hurst); and his siblings, Maisie Ashley, Gloria Ragusa, Kenny Bunch, Joyce Martin, Pat Bankston, Charles Bunch, Glenn Bunch, Lynn Hernandez and Sue Sharon. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews.
