He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony, Sr. Vitale and Margie Couvillion Vitale. He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Bouchereau (Lloyd), Susan Dean, Anthony Vitale, Jr. (Stacey) and Michael Vitale. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
