He is survived by : his children, Keith Hernandez, Jessica Hernandez (Blake) and Jamie Gros (Shelton, Jr.); his grandchildren, Jerry Magee, Gracelynn Hariford, Bradyn Lucas, Makailah Gros and Bryson Lucas; his mother Delores Babin Hernandez; and his brothers, Glenn Hernandez (Carmen), Kim Hernandez, Howard Hernandez and Thomas Hernandez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
