It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Byron Layne Britt of Pleasant Hill, Louisiana, who passed away at the age of 59, on April 25, 2024. He was predeceased by : his parents, Dallas R. Britt and Cynthia Rose Mary Britt; his grandparents, Solomon Joseph, Jennie Rains Britt, Alvin Hollis and Mildred Haire Mary; and his stepson Samuel Bass.

He is survived by : his wife Kelly Wren Britt; his children, Chloe and Wren; his stepchildren, Danielle Ball and Susannah Bass; and his siblings, Brenda Parrie, Rebecca "Becky" Friday (Randy) and Robert Britt (Nikki). He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Progress Cumberland Presbyterian Church (3643 Progress Church Rd, Pleasant Hill, LA 71065).
