She was predeceased by: her parents, Bowden Nix and Jessie Scarber Nix; her husband Raymond Perrin; her brother Kenneth Nix; and her brother-in-law Jose Beatriz.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela (Michael Kelley) of Dallas and Benjamin Smith (Jill) of Huxley; her grandchildren, Bianca Kelley, Maia Kelley, Tiara Kelley, Jacob Smith and Trey Smith; her sisters, Stella Beatriz of Houston and Rie (Tano Beatriz) of Joaquin; and her close friend Linda Shaw.
