He is survived by: his close friend Duke; his children, Donald Bradley Chaffin (Whitney) and Kathy Lovell (Errol); his grandchildren, Bentley Bradley Chaffin and Nate Pilgrim; and his siblings, David Carrol Chaffin, Geraldine Mayo, Brenda Lewis, Sheryl Deville Christine Simmons and Rita Gale Warren. He is also survived by his family, friends.
