He is survived by: his wife Suzann Starkey; his daughters, Debra Daura, Barbara Sibley (Ken), Sandra Rawls (Bud), Diana Porter (Andre), Joy Winburn (Chester) and Cynthia Boé (Kirk); his siblings, Gayle Watts, Andrea McCon (Don), Wanda Starns (Alfred), Bug Glascock (Rodney) and Glynn Starkey; and his grandchildren, Brian, Dawn, Mark, Diane, Kimberly, Mary Ellen, Stephanie, Ches, Ricky, Ashley and Nicole. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
