He is survived by: his wife Vickie Deffner; his stepson Jerry Davenport, Sr.; his children, Dawn Bullock (Mark), DJ Deffner (Whitney) and Karen Popich (Danny); his grandchildren, Kiersten Burst, Jerry Davenport, Jr. (Mikaela), Everlyn Davenport, Sawyer Broussard and Millie Broussard; his great grandchild Magnolia Davenport; his siblings, Peggy and Robert Deffner (Jennifer); and his sisters-in-law, Pamela Deffner and Wendye.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at 201 W Magnolia St, Ponchatoula, LA 70454.
