He was predeceased by: his parents, Ozone Strahan and Bonnie Jean Strahan; his siblings, Connie, Johnny and Ray; his son Jerry Strahan; and his niece Vicky.
He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Strahan; his sons, David Strahan, Jason Strahan and Patrick Strahan (Sarah); his grandchildren, Trevor, Ashley, Amy, Amelia, Gauge, Landyn and Blake; and his sisters, Cherrie, Elaine and Katherine. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to assist with funeral and medical expenses.
