He is survived by: his children, AnnMarie Sparks (Dustin) and Robert Neil Smith; his sisters, Patricia Larsen and Julie Smith; and his grandchildren, Ariel Smith, Natalie Sparks, Riggs Smith, Jocelyn Stewart and Kollin Stewart. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
