He was predeceased by : his parents, Enos Tullier and Zelma Averett Tullier; and his brothers, Gerald "Buck" Tullier, Leonard and Lawrence Tullier.
He is survived by : his wife Jackie Bergeron Tullier; his sons, Michael Tullier (Arlene Karicher Tullier) of Lehigh Acres, FL and Dean Tullier of Port Allen; his grandchildren, Austin Tullier and Rishelle McKelvy (Chad); his stepgrandsons, Robert and Alex Karicher; his great grandchildren, Landon Cramer, Ainsley Cramer, Rylen Phillips and Kinslee McKelvy; and his sisters, Rosalie Aucoin and Vera Lucas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Ochsner Cancer Center or St. Joseph Hospice.
