She was predeceased by: her former husband John D. LeBlanc Sr.; her son John D. LeBlanc Jr.; her parents, Louis Truxillo and Lucille Tircuit Truxillo; her siblings, Hazel Brantley, Haywood Truxillo, Sr. and Harlan Truxillo; and her son-in-law David Trotter.
She is survived by: her children, Laurie LeBlanc, Mark LeBlanc (Glen), Peggy LeBlanc-Lewis (Chris) and David LeBlanc (Crystal); her grandchildren, Rory, Colin Davis, Cody and Kailee LeBlanc; her daughters, Sue (Bruce) and Rene'e; her husband Pat; Jo (Deb) and Yvonne (Melvin).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 8:30 AM to 10:20 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (369 N Jefferson Ave, Port Allen, LA 70767). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Holy Family Catholic Church or charity of your choice.
