He was predeceased by : his parents, Percy Eugene and Lovenia Williams Barthelemy; his child Keelen Barthelemy; his sister Mary Ann Barthelemy Green; and his siblings-in-law, Alicia, Olen Duplessis and Juanita Barthelomew.
He is survived by : his wife Frances Duplessis Barthelemy; his children, John Humpries (Ivy), Jermie Humpries (Whitney), Angela Davis (Lavanta) and Alex Hayes (Jeffery); his grandchildren, Lavanta Jr., Langston, Jeffery Jr., Braxton and Blade; his siblings, Jerry Barthelemy (Louise), Joey Barthelemy (Rolanda), Donald and Ferdinand Barthelemy; his aunts and uncles, Joseph Barthelemy (late Doris), Simon Barthelemy (Courtney), Oliver Barthelemy (Tiffany), Ollie Thomas, Mercedes Gieurin, Louise and Alice Barthelemy; his siblings-in-law, Carol, Donald Duplessis, Elizabeth Barthelemy (Elliot) and Judy Demolle (Waren); his cousin Allen Thomas; and his godchild Sherold Manuel. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
