He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Barthelemy and Melanie Barthelemy; and his brother Clarence Barthelemy. He is survived by: his wife Elta Barthelemy (Sylve); his sons, Keith Sr. (Colleen), Gregory Sr. (Demikia) and Wade Sr. (Ketisha); his grandchildren, Macy (Felix), Keith Jr., Olivia, Gregory Jr. (Allison), Andrew (Ariana), Alexis, Wade Jr., Daylan and Brayden; and his siblings-in-law, Angie Spencer (late Leon Sr.), Birdell Jackson (Carnell) and Angelo Sylve Jr.. He is also survived by his loving wife, sons, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, godchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (28698 LA-23, Port Sulphur, LA 70083). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 111 Irene Ln, Port Sulphur, LA 70083.
