It is with great sadness that we announce the death of O'Neal Douglas Sr. of Prairieville, Louisiana, who passed away on November 14, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernestine Douglas, and Charlie Douglas, Sr.; and his siblings, Charlie, Jr., James, Adam, Asberry, Mercedes, Jerry Douglas, Leroy Riggs and Beatrice Matthews.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Bell Douglas; his children, Elgin, O'Neal, Jr. (Debbie), Terrence Douglas (AJ), Jonathan Stephens, Cathy Douglas and Kameka Stephens Goodall; his brother Murphy Douglas (Bobbie); and his siblings-in-law, Lionel Bell (Jean), Apostle Chester Bell (Linda), Glen Bell, Otis Williams (Marion), Rita Bell Nelson (Louis, Sr.) and Jean Bell Davis. He is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
