He was predeceased by: his parents, Lulla Bell Pullam Smith and Jackson David Smith; and his sister Norma Lee Johnson (Floyd). He is survived by: his son Judson Smith (Caroline); his grandsons, Jackson and Zachary Smith; and his sister Elaine Glenn (Art).
