He was predeceased by: his parents, Adriel Moore Cooper and Lula Mae Cooper (Brown); and his brother Gary Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Martiel Cooper (Lockhart); his children, Phyllis Cooper Kohler (John) and Lavelle Cooper; his grandsons, Tony Kohler (Sara) and Blaine Cooper (Alexa); and his great grandchildren, Avery Cooper, Asher Cooper, Adliegh Cooper, Steely Cooper, Autumn Kohler and Ava Kohler.
