He is survived by: his wife Brenda Koonce of Quitman, LA.; his children, Ashley Blake (Crystal) and Julie Blake; his stepson Kevin Koonce (Amanda); his stepgranddaughters, Chelsea Alexander (Clay) and Brittany Koonce (Ty); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ellie Grace, Kynlee Kate and Maebry Jane Koonce; his brothers, Ben Blake (Suzie) and Jerry Blake; his siblings' children, Misty Carpenter, Natalie Farrington, Rickie Blake, Ronnie Blake, Ryan Blake, Sean Allen and Gary Carpenter; his stepson Keith Koonce (Dana); and his stepgrandsons, Klay Koonce and Bradley Koonce (Bill Baldwin).
