He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Usé and Frazine Usé; his son Dan Usé; his siblings, Charles Usé, Wade Usé (Leah), Ray Usé, Juanita Champange and Lola Vanscoter; and his great grandchildren, Trace Gaudet and Blaise Gaudet.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Usé; his children, Donna Usé and Dwayne Usé; his grandchildren, Dezra Davis (Colin), Travis Breaux and Victoria Gaudet (Gary); his great grandchildren, Audra Davis, Eden Davis, Bennett Davis, Vivion Davis, Olivia Breaux, Hayden Gaudet, Trint Gaudet, Blake Gaudet and Annley Gaudet; and his sister Ruby Thomson.
