He is survived by: his wife Antoinette "Toni" Howard Plaisance; his children, Mathilde Plaisance Rivero, Connie Plaisance Autin (Adam V. III), Conrad Plaisance, Jr. (Jessica) and Shannon Plaisance, Sr. (Michelle); and his siblings, Nessie Plaisance and Effie Romero. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
