He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Williams and Willie Williams; his siblings, Harold Turner, Sr., Elmira Sylvester and Mildred Harris; his brother-in-law Ernest Tucker, Jr.; and his nieces and nephews, Willie Sylvester, Jr., Sheldon Tucker, Carolyn, Barbara Harris and Sharlene Williiams.
He is survived by: his siblings, Philip Williams (Ann), Willie Williams, Jr. (Linda) and Rosa Tucker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
