He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Guidry and Mae Guidry; his siblings, Edward "EJ" Guidry, Jr., Hazel Babin, Ella Mae Lorraine, Rosemary Foret and Gladys Guidry; his nephew Ralph Guidry; his great-nephew James "TJ" Cantrelle III; and his great-niece Arielle Elizabeth "Ellie" Crosby.
He is survived by: his daughter Carolyn M. Hollingsworth; his grandchildren, Samantha Hollingsworth Gonzales and Jacob Wesley Rogers; and his sister Marguerite Babin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
