He is survived by: his children, David Folse (Gail), Gary Triggs, Linda Dorsey (Samuel), Sherry Smith (Gilbert), Debra Folse (Bobby) and Mary Folse Rose; and his son-in-law Kenneth Smith. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
