He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Brown and Elvidge Durocher Brown; his siblings, Gerald Brown and Jeannette Lejeune; and his siblings-in-law, Melvin Suhre and Anita Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Maude Deon Brown; his children, Norris Brown Jr., Douglas Brown, Richard Brown, Kevin Brown (Amanda) and Tonya Morgan; and his siblings, Norman (Joyce), Donald (Peggy), Michael (Janet), Joseph (Joy), Raymond Brown (Susan), Alice Mae Suhre, Mable Foret and Shirley Perone (Samuel). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
