He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Arthur and Martha Stinson Blouin; and his grandparents, Roy, Athalie Blouin, Raymond and Opal Stinson.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Martin Blouin; his daughter Michelle Blouin Chiasson (Benjamin); his grandchildren, Bethani Chiasson (Deon Sampey), Nathan Chiasson and Elise Chiasson; his siblings, Ruth Bourgeois (Mark), Ray Blouin (Mary) and Randy Blouin (Cindy); his nephews, Buddy Blouin, Blake Bourgeois and Jacob Blouin; and his great-nephew Jackson Blouin. He is also survived by his wife, daughter, son-in-law, and most importantly, his grandchildren.
