It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Selma Falgout Bagala of Raceland, Louisiana, born in Gheens, Louisiana, who passed away on November 2, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband Leonard Craig Ballard; her husband Frank Waynon Bagala; her daughter Kyra Ann Hendrix; her parents, Nacy Falgout and Augusta Falgout; and her siblings, Roland Falgout and Shirley Sapia.
She is survived by: her daughter Tara Harris (Ralph D. Harris, Jr.); her son-in-law Walter Hendrix; her grandchildren, Benjamin (Hannah), Brock (Natasha) and Kyle; and her great grandchildren, Aiden, Abigail, Landyn, Ryleigh, Onyx, Tucker, Riley, Ethan and Lilli. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
