He was predeceased by: his parents, Laddie Lee and Betty Lee (Greenleaf); and his brothers, Kenneth Lee, Mark Lee and Steven Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Lee (Craft); his siblings, Linda Edmonds, Janie Boudry (California) and Mike Lee (Sulphur); his children, Lynette Monteith (Kevin), Dynette Cooley (Leroy), Cheryl Hoffpauir (Tatus) and Rhonda Miller (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Laura Vines, Benjamin Vines, Johnathan Vines, Elaina Cooley, Ashley Rozas, Jared LaFleur, Sam Miller and Case Miller. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
