He is survived by: his wife Esther C. Toups; his children, Brent "Jason" Toups (Jamie), Isaac Jacob Toups (Amanda), Katherine Celeste Toups Babineaux (Jimmy) and Nathaniel Armand Toups; his grandchildren, Lucy Toups Hamilton, Zoe Toups, Celie Toups, Poppy Toups, Ivy Toups, Jaxon Babineaux, Jillienne Babineaux and Jolie Babineaux; and his siblings, Wanda Toups, Timmy Toups, Robert Toups, Peter Toups and Charlotte Christian Toups.
