She is survived by: her husband Charles William Simon; her son Corey Matthew Simon; her mother Yvonne Marie Sonnier Meyers; her brother John Robert Meyers (Lacie Prejean); her godmother Marcella Gildersleeve; her godchildren, Jana Gildersleeve Dupre, Azaria Isaac, Justin Gildersleeve and Adam Smith; and her sister Tammy Stelly (Donna Gildersleeve).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church (6110 Mire Hwy, Church Point, LA 70525). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at the Blessed Virgin Mary Cemetery (6110 Mire Hwy, Church Point, LA 70525).
