He was predeceased by: his parents, Antoine Menard and Agnes Pellessier Menard; his sister Marie Menard Habetz; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Touchette, Wallace Dupuis, Wenzel Habetz and Thelma Credeur Menard.
He is survived by: his wife Nell Menard; his sons, James Menard and Neil Menard (Kimberly); his grandson Tony Menard; his great grandchild Abigail Menard; and his siblings, Frank Menard, Willa Mae Menard Touchette and Lula Mae Menard Dupuis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM at the Gossen Funeral Home Inc. (504 N Polk St, Rayne, LA 70578). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (401 S Adams Ave, Rayne, LA 70578).
