He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Breaux Lee; his children, Vicki Aymond (Mark) and Edward Ray Lee, Jr. (Tammy); his grandchildren, Ryan Cody (Leigh Ann), Justin Lee (Mary), Miranda Walker (Nathan) and Megan Thigpen (Luke); and his great grandchildren, Kaden Walker, Zelie Cody, Isaac Lee, Mathis Walker, Lander Lee and Gabriel Lee.
