He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex H. Foreman and Lula Mae. He is survived by: his wife Kim T. Foreman; his sons, Derek J. Foreman of Denham Springs and Damian J. Foreman of Crowley; his grandchildren, Kennedy B. Foreman, Luke J. Foreman and Jaycee Rayne Foreman; and his siblings, Brian D. Foreman (Mona) of Rayne and Debra Leger (Mike) of Rayne. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the Duhon Funeral Home of Rayne (900 E Texas Ave, Rayne, LA 70578). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel (900 E Texas Ave, Rayne, LA 70578).
