He was predeceased by: his wife Rena Baronet Thibodeaux; his son Horace Thibodeaux, Jr.; his parents, Sidney Thibodeaux and Benite Duhon Thibodeaux; and his brother Andrus "Pie" Thibodeaux.
He is survived by: his son Michael Thibodeaux (Judy); his grandchildren, Amber Thibodeaux, Dustin Thibodeaux, Trevor Thibodeaux, Justin Thibodeaux, Christopher Thibodeaux, Brandon Thibodeaux, Brooklyn Thibodeaux, Chris New, Michelle Estraca and Terri Gamble; his brothers, Carroll Thibodeaux (Louise Thibodeaux) and Harvey Thibodeaux; his daughter-in-law Janet Ledet (Evelyn Barousse); Carrie Monceaux (Karl), Debbie Richard (Keith), Damon Hoffpauir (Dee), Mallory Chaumont, Beau Monceaux, Natalie Richardson, Jessica Babineaux, Buddy Hoffpauir and Zach Hoffpauir. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
