We bid farewell to James Charles Orillion of Rayne, Louisiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 24, 2024 at the age of 72. James Charles touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by : his parents, James Orillion and Olympe Marie Mury Orillion. He is survived by : his wife Adele Cynthia "Cindy" Thibodeaux Orillion; his children, Lauren Orillion Romero (Jason Romero), Courtney Orillion LeCompte (Tyler LeCompte), Caroline Orillion Billeaud (Michael Billeaud), Jamie Orillion (Rebecca Orillion) and Casey Orillion (Megan Orillion); his grandchildren, James Charles "JC", Ashton, Joslyn, London, Isabella, Vaughn Orillion, Emma, Jackson, Katelyn, Jameson Orillion, Magdalene, Jude, Adele, Anne Frances, Joseph, Catherine Romero, Lily, Evangeline, Ivy, Elijah, Hudson LeCompte, Elizabeth and Maria Billeaud; and his sisters, Jean Orillion Provost (Steve Provost) and Jane Orillion Baker.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Gossen Funeral Home Inc. (504 N Polk St, Rayne, LA 70578). A rosary was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (401 S Adams Ave, Rayne, LA 70578).
