He was predeceased by: his parents, Emanuel Adolph Didier, Sr. and Lottie Bertha Lemoine Didier; and his siblings, Rita Violet Lamb and Cedric John Didier. He is survived by: his wife Henrietta Anna Gossen Didier; his children, Barbara Ann Didier of Crowley, Mary Ellen Duhon (Richard Duhon) of Tomball, TX, Judy Louise Bonin (John Bonin) of Maurice, Michael Carl Didier of Lafayette, Ronald Julian Didier (Kim Didier) of Mesquite, TX, Deacon Daniel Peter Didier (Jennifer Didier) of Crowley, Stephen James Didier of New Iberia, Thomas Eugene Didier (Rebecka Didier) of Youngsville and Leo Paul Didier (Claire Didier) of Roberts Cove; and his brother Joseph Ellis Didier (Edie Didier) of Baton Rouge. He is also survived by 31 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren on the way, numerous beloved nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Gossen Funeral Home Inc. (504 N Polk St, Rayne, LA 70578). A rosary was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 5:00 PM, at 7:00 PM and on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Leo IV Catholic Church (7116 Roberts Cove Rd, Rayne, LA 70578). A burial will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at the St. Leo IV Catholic Cemetery (7116 Roberts Cove Rd, Rayne, LA 70578).
