He was predeceased by: his wife Lindola B. Menard; his daughter Velvet Ann Richard; his grandsons, Destin Hail and Baby Menard; his siblings, Dominick, Alvin, Bob Menard, Shirley Menard and Theresa Richard; his parents, Jules Menard and Victoria Menard; and his in-laws, Bill and Winnie Boullion.
He is survived by: his siblings, Henry Tex Menard (Bertha), Mary Ann Menard and Thelma Richard (Codan); his children, Joseph Menard (Danell), Darrin Menard (Chantelle), Jody Menard (Jessica), Wayne Menard (Christine) and Victoria Cormier (Brian); and his grandchildren, Wilfred, Josh of Monique, TJ, Casper, Jules, Brooklyn, Shyla, Angelle, Matthew, Tyler, Courtney, Austin, Lancey, Seth, Brian, Devin, Nicole and Samantha. He is also survived by 40 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
