It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille P. Cormier of Rayne, Louisiana, who passed away on July 19, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Pergy Cormier; her parents, Louis Pellissier and Maggie H. Pellissier; her son John Cormier; her grandson John Cormier Jr.; and her siblings, Claude Pellissier, Francis Pellissier and Antoinette Campbell.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Tracie Mouton, April Leger, Maggie Breaux of Ren Cormier, J. P and Sean Leger; and her brother Adam Pellissier of Rayne. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Duhon Funeral Home - Rayne (900 E Texas Ave, Rayne, LA 70578). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (401 S Adams Ave, Rayne, LA 70578).
