It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Aletha Lingefelt Wilcher of Rayville, Louisiana, born in Delhi, Louisiana, who passed away on March 14, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Curtis Lingefelt and Mary Lee Lingefelt; and her siblings, Wayne Lingefelt, Gail Patrick and Linda Lingefelt.
She is survived by : her husband Rick Wilcher; her grandchildren, Caleb Thornhill (Janece), Hillary Mooney (Landon), Ben Wilcher, Jasmine Wilcher, Konnor Wood, Easton Wood and Elias Cockerham; her great grandchildren, Brookelyne Traniece, Brayleigh, Hainsley, Landon, Brennon and Bentlee; and her siblings, Buddy, Cheryl Lingefelt, Maggie and Jimmy Simms. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
