He is survived by: his wife Janice Mullins; his children, Bobby Jack Mullins (Susie), James Todd Mullins (Debbie) and Teresa Stewart; his grandchildren, Sarah Mullins, Katie Landreneau (Aaron), Lee Mullins (Beth Ann), Josie Mullins and Blake Stewart; his great grandchildren, Sadie Landreneau and Avery Mullins; and his brother Thomas Max Mullins. He is also survived by several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
