Blaylock (Lisa) of Monroe, LA, Jeremy L. Blaylock (Shalla) of Monroe, LA and Joseph S. Blaylock of Rayville; her grandchildren, Alyssa Blaylock, Kaleb Blaylock, Collin Blaylock, Ainsley Blaylock and Jaxson Blaylock; her pets, Toby and Dasher; her sister Rita Browning (Ira); her goddaughter April Mullican; and her adoptive daughters, Donna Pickard, Tiffany Garner and Stefanie Jolliff. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and close friends.
