He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Lewis Lusk; his siblings, Mary Frances Green, Dorothy Lusk, Billy Eugene Lusk and Russell Thomas Lusk; and his parents, George Lusk and Mary Elizabeth Lusk.
He is survived by: his sisters, Carolyn Slade of Rayville, Linda Faye Morris of Pennsylvania, Janet Kay Lusk of Missouri and Elizabeth Fullington of Illinois.
