She is survived by: her children, Dr. Eric Spencer (Melissa) of Newark, DE and Hayley Spencer (David Carter); her grandchildren, Lydia Spencer, Isla Spencer, Leila Carter and Spencer Carter; her close friend Bill Letlow; her brothers, Joe Heath (Shirley), Tom Heath (Dora) and Roy Ray Heath; and her close friends, Tuleta Sasser, Karen Duvall-Darling and Rhonda Garrett.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Pilots for Patients.
