He is survived by: his children, Joey Patrick (Elizabeth) and Michelle Burke (Terrence); his grandchildren, Tyler Evans, Sara Carroll (Jessie), Logan Chowns (Breanna), Skyler Evans Shelby Evans (Austin), Blake Chowns (Gracyn), Justin Patrick, Marissa Hamilton (Brayden), Isabella Evans and Blake Burke (Kaitlyn); his great grandchildren, Brynleigh, Waylon, Adeline, Owen, Raelynn, Braxton, Oliver, Ellie, Husdon and River; his pet Nola; and his siblings, Sandra Pettit (Larry), Ronnie Patrick (Rita) and Angie Whiddon (Troy).
