It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Antley of Rayville, Louisiana, born in Delhi, Louisiana, who passed away on July 18, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, W. T. Antley and Loraine Antley; and her sister Linda Carter. She is survived by: her siblings, Louis Antley of Delhi, LA and Eddie Antley of Delhi, LA; her niece Lisa Fulford (Kenneth); and her great-nephew Paul Fulford.
