He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Harris; his children, Michelle Ruch (Cameron Hanson), Nicole Mitchusson, Richard Roy Quintana, Jr. (Tonya) and Jay Mark Quintana; his stepchildren, Tina Cielatka (Brian) and Jeffrey Harris; his grandson William Ruch; his stepchildren, Bailey Ruch, Ryleigh Quintana, Benjamin Welcher, Richard Roy Quintana, III, Reagan Quintana and Jasmine Welcher; and his brothers, Steven Quintana and John Michael Quintana. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
