He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Nimmer and Jessie Mae Nimmer; and his siblings, Larry Scott and Elizabeth Pitts. He is survived by: his son Roy Allen II (Patrick) of Monroe; and his siblings, Dorothy Nimmer of Oakland, Kathy Nimmer-Wilson (Dennis) of Bastrop, Frankie Potter (Rusty) of Monroe, Willie Nimmer (Mary) and Davis Nimmer (Arthurnese) of Bastrop. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the George B Tennant Memorial (464 W Cypress Ave, Bastrop, LA 71220).
