She is survived by: her children, Cindy Cooper Blair (Eric Blair), Catherine "Cacky" Cooper, Tim Morris and Chris Cooper (Donna Cooper); her grandchildren, Jackson Foster, Maddy Lewis (Ryan), Avery Blackwell, Savannah Blackwell, Jack Blair, Ava Blair, Genevieve Cooper and Josephine Cooper; her great grandchild Ellie; and her husband Mike.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that charitable donations be made to St. Vincent de Paul and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital — causes dear to Ruthie's generous heart.
