He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest McManus and Velma McManus; and his siblings, Marvin McManus, Irene McManus, Donnis Taylor, Eugene McManus and Lindell McManus.

He is survived by: his wife Brenda Johnston McManus; his children, Tracy Morris (Larry Joe), Tesa McManus (Monty Russell) and Colby McManus (Torie); his grandchildren, Natalie McManus, Marigrace Prophit (Brantley), Dylan McManus (Cassie), Cole Morris, Madison McManus and Ben McManus; his great grandchildren, Zadee Love, Braylin Prophit, Van Prophit, Bowen McManus, Bennett McManus, Carson McManus, Gunner McManus and Adalyn McManus; and his siblings, Milton McManus (Rhonda), Evelyn Cooper and Darlene Siscoe (Leslie).
