We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2023, at the age of 83, Wayne Parker of Rayville, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Eldred Parker and Mammie Parker; and his brother Robert Earl Parker. He is survived by : his wife Betty Parker of Start, LA; his siblings, Patricia Marshall (George) and Ray Parker (Liz) of West Monroe, LA; and his siblings-in-law, Julie Parker of Houston, TX and Wayland Colvin (Linda). He is also survived by nephews; 25-great nieces and nephews; 16-great-great nieces and nephews.
