He is survived by: his wife Leola Johnson Green; his children, Kimball Green (Julie), Tammy Burchard (Sam) and Stacy Smith (Kent); his grandchildren, Petra Green (Little Rock), Jessie Burchard Edwards (Palamino Filly), Victoria Williams (Princess), Sophie Burchard (Soapie Mae), Brodie Burchard (Pumpkin), Kamden Smith (Little Man), Sadie Smith Stevens (Shady Lady) and Kallie; his great grandchildren, Addison Edwards (Little Boss), Truitt Edwards (Tonto), Maverick Edwards (Slick), Charles and Kenzlie Burchard; his siblings, Donald Lee Green, Conrad Green, Nolan Green, Jay Green, Sabra Strother, Helen McWhirter, Barbara Powell, Marinel Seaman and Carolyn Gray; and his grandchildren, Hannah Kate Burchard and Samuel Elijah Burchard.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Dry Creek Bible Church or Camp Pearl Ministries to provide scholarships to children to attend camp and hear about his precious Savior.
